Mr. Bean's Holiday Mini movie car on display...

I've spotted Mr. Bean's Mini on display on the Universal Studios Backlot Tour in the past, but whilst there are areas under construction at the Hollywood theme park they've rolled out a few familiar movie cars to help create the perfect photo opportunity (like the Fast & Furious 6 movie cars).

This yellow and black Mini featured in the 2007 sequel for Rowan Atkinson's bumbling British character who hardly ever speaks, Mr. Bean's Holiday, was snapped in the Upper Lot on May 7, 2013.

Personally Mr. Bean is not my cup of tea and I'm much more of a Blackadder sitcom fan, but it's always cool to see cars that have been featured in movies.

If you are a fan of the comedy character, be sure to also check out Rowan Atkinson's Mr. Bean movie costume on display at the London Film Museum.

More costumes and props at the London Film Museum...

In May I traveled back to Britain and used a rainy day as an excuse for another visit to the London Film Museum at County Hall on London's South Bank to discover even more original film costumes and props on display.

Original costumes worn by Meryl Streep in The Iron Lady

One of the highlights on this visit was an exclusive exhibit of outfits designed by Consolata Boyle and worn by Meryl Streep in her Oscar-winning role as Britain's infamous Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady.

Costumes featured in the Harry Potter movies on display

Another delight at the museum was a collection of original costumes and props from the Harry Potter movies, including broomsticks, wands and magical books.

Fantasy and horror costumes and props on display

They have memorabilia from every film genre, from fantasy-adventure to horror and sci-fi, period dramas, biopics to comedies.

Being a British museum they also feature a lot of items from homegrown movies and talent, like Billy Elliot, Mr. Bean and more.

Then there are props and bits of sets from movies from a galaxy far away, or in the future at least.

Plus they even have some quirky, less widely known pieces of cinematic history like this hand prop from Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali's surreal 16-minute short film, Un Chien Andalou, from 1929.

All these costumes and props were photographed on May 15, 2012, including these two costumes from 1992's biopic of Charlie Chaplin, starring Robert Downey Jr.

Rowan Atkinson's costume from Mr. Bean's Holiday...

Following a successful comedy series on British television screens, Rowan Atkinson's 'Mr. Bean' graduated to the big screen, in not one, but two cinematic outings. This outfit on display at the London Film Museum on January 25, 2011 is from the second movie installment from 2007, which follows Mr. Bean's misadventures on holiday in France.

Pierre-Yves Gayraud was Costume Designer on the movie and you can also see his costumes in The Bourne Identity.

The costume to the right of Mr. Bean's is from another British comedy movie, Ali G InDaHouse, worn by Sacha Baron Cohen.

Plus if you're a fan of Rowan Atkinson, check out more original costumes from Johnny English on display.

UPDATED: Here's another look at Mr. Bean's suit from a return visit to the museum on May 15, 2012.

Mini movie car from Mr. Bean's Holiday...

This British Leyland Mini was featured in Mr. Bean's Holiday, the 2007 sequel to the 1997 comedy Bean.

Both films star Rowan Atkinson as the bumbling British Mr. Bean and the second movie follows the titular character's adventures in France.
