Around this time last year, Quentin Tarantino fans were early awaiting the Christmas release of his eighth movie, the bloody Western thriller, The Hateful Eight. Before the movie opened I was able to spy several movie costumes exhibits around L.A., but it was on February 12, 2016 at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum that I was able to get a closer look at some of the cool looks from the movie.

Courtney Hoffman was Costume Designer on this mystery Western set in the snowy wilds of post-Civil War Wyoming, and you can also check out more movie costumes from The Hateful Eight from the other exhibits I'd had the good fortune to see before.

A costume I'd not been lucky to see in person before was this costume worn by James Parks as the stagecoach driver 'O.B. Jackson' in the movie.

Also on display at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) Museum's 24th Art of Motion Picture Costume Design exhibition was Samuel L. Jackson's cool 'Major Marquis Warren' Bounty Hunter look.

Fans of the actor can also check out his Nick Fury movie costume from Avengers: Age of Ultron on display.

If you like these Western looks, make sure you also enjoy these movie costumes from The Lone Ranger, these Zorro TV costumes and these original Back to the Future III film costumes. And hopefully next time it won't take me so long to post costume images like these (but they were worth the wait, right?).
