Horror fans will love these special effects props on display at the London Film Museum. The dissected chimp body and head (with exposed brains) were created by Cliff Wallace at Creature Effects for 2002's British zombie movie, 28 Days Later.

At the beginning of Danny Boyle's horror movie, animal liberation activists break into a research facility trying to free some chimpanzees that are being experimented upon, little do they know they are infected with a deadly contagious virus. They rest, as they say, is history.
