In Matt Reeves 2022 big screen The Batman, Robert Pattinson dons the Batsuit to venture into Gotham City's underworld to track down a sadistic killer following the villain's cryptic clues. He must forge new relationships including with Zoë Kravitz's 'Selina Kyle/Catwoman' a nightclub waitress and cat burglar, to find the 'Riddler' (Paul Dano), a forensic accountant named 'Edward Naston' who grew up in an orphanage funded by the murdered parents of 'Bruce Wayne'.

This trio of comic book costumes were photographed on display at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum on March 7, 2023.
Jacqueline Durran is Costume Designer on The Batman, with David Crossman and Glyn Dillon responsible for design of the new Batsuit.
