When husband and wife 'Jamie and Claire Fraser travel from Scotland to infiltrate high society Paris, we get to see our heroine out of tartan and wearing some fabulous gowns like the ones on display at this exhibit.

During the second season Jamie Fraser may sport finer silk outfits to fit into Parisian culture, but Sam Heughan still looks pretty fine when he's wearing his tartan kilts and leather frock coat.

For Claire, the only problem with traveling through time is not only do you have to juggle multiple husbands, but you also have to wear era appropriate wardrobe too.
