In last December's worldwide box office smash Aquaman, Jason Momoa plays 'Arthur Curry', the half-human, half-Atlantean heir to there throne of Atlantis. In his first solo outing the DC Comics character teams-up with Amber Heard's 'Mera' to stop his half-brother, the power-hungry 'King Orm' from using the undersea kingdom of Atlantis to wage war against the surface world.
The DC aquatic hero was created in 1941 by Paul Norris and Mort Weisinger and in this movie incarnation has the power to manipulate the ocean's tides, swim at superhuman speeds, possesses superhuman strength and the ability to communicate with other aquatic life.
This armoured look is a great interpretation of this classic gold and green costume and certainly not a costume to be joked about.

Created by in 1963 by Jack Miller and Nick Cardy, in the film this queen of the sea possesses hydrokinetic and telepathic powers that allow her to control her underwater environment and communicate with other Atlanteans.
