In last year's comedy-drama, Late Night, directed by Nisha Ganatra and written by Mindy Kaling, Emma Thompson plays a pioneering and legendary late-night television talk show host, 'Katherine Newbury'. With ratings flagging, Mindy Kaling's 'Molly Patel' joins her all-male writing room to help revitalise the show before Katherine's boss replaces her with a younger male comedian.

This duo of screen-worn outfits worn by Emma Thompson were photographed on display at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum & Galleries on February 4, 2020, and the costumes were previously on display at ArcLight Hollywood cinema during the movie's theatrical release.
