In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever we learn that the African nation is not the only kingdom rich in Vibranium. The underwater realm of Talokan also uses the metallic ore to create advanced technology, weaponry and jewelry. The blue-skinned, water-breathing denizens of Talokan were transformed by a Vibranium-rich plant which changed the colour of their skin, allowed them to breathe underwater and to withstand the cold and pressure of the ocean's depths. A supervillain in the comic books, in the MCU film 'Attuma' (played by Alex Livinalli) is one of the fiercest Talokanil warriors and an advisor to the long-lived mutant 'King Namor'.
