In the sequel to 2010's Disney live-action Alice in Wonderland film, Mia Wasikowska reprises her role as Lewis Carroll's literary heroine for another magical adventure in Alice Through the Looking Glass. Since we last saw her Alice has been captaining her father's sail ship and she's been traveling the world, but when she returns to England she receives a summons to help save her friend the 'Mad Hatter' via a mission through time.

This outfit was described as her 'Ribbon Fantasy look' when it was on display at last year's Disney D23 Expo and this exhibit, along with other spectacular costumes and props from the movie, were photographed at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on June 6, 2016.in Alice Through the Looking Glass

In addition to this slightly nautical/naval inspired costume, there were also a selection of screen-used props from the movie on display downstairs at the cinema. The exhibit featured some of Alice's props from her time on the high seas, the 'Chronosphere' which allows her to travel in time to help the Mad Hatter, crowns, sceptres, watches and even miniature Hatter hat designs from when he was a boy.
