Jake Gyllenhaal's Prince of Persia movie costume...

Based on the popular video game series of the same name, Jake Gyllenhall plays the street orphan raised to royalty, 'Dastan', in Disney's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.

This is the actual leather battle armour costume Jake wears at the beginning of the movie storming the sacred city of 'Alamut' and that is featured in the promotional posters for the fantasy adventure film.

Penny Rose was responsible for costume design for around 7,000 outfits for this movie and she was also responsible for the wardrobe department on Pirates of the Caribbean.

This original costume was on display with other fantastic outfits and props from the movie at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on June 3, 2010 and will be there until June 16, 2010.
