With the weather turning wintery, I thought that this 'White Witch' costume from the film adaptation of C. S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe would be the perfect choice. In the live-action fantasy movie from 2005, Tilda Swinton played 'Jadis the White Witch', who holds the magical land of Narnia under a spell of an eternal winter.

Isis Mussenden was Costume Designer on the film and this dress was created with the help of a textile artist to resemble a glacier cracking with its ice-inspired fabric and lace.
