To celebrate the launch of Disney+ in the U.S. today I thought I'd share these costumes from the live-action version of Dumbo. The 2019 fantasy film directed by Tim Burton reimagines the classic 1941 animated feature of the same name about a baby elephant with giant ears that can fly. Dumbo himself is created by the wonders of CGI, but the human cast includes Danny DeVito as 'Max Medici' and the ringmaster and owner of the Medici Brothers' Circus, Colin Farrell as World War I veteran amputee and elephant handler 'Holt Farrier', Eva Green as French trapeze artist 'Colette Marchant' and Michael Keaton as the ruthless entrepreneur, amusement park owner and the movie's villain, 'V. A. Vandevere'.
