Congratulations to The Alienist for garnering two Golden Globe nominations, including Best Television Limited Series and Best Performance by an Actor for Daniel Brühl as the criminal psychologist, or alienist, 'Dr. Laszlo Kreizler'. Based on the period thriller is based on 1994 crime novel by Caleb Carr and sees the doctor, Luke Evans newspaper illustrator 'John Moore' and Dakota Fanning's aspiring detective 'Sara Howard' join together to solve the grisly murders of young male prostitutes on the streets of New York City at the end of the 19th century.

These Emmy-nominated period costumes from the crime drama were photographed on display at L.A.'s FIDM Museum on August 21, 2018.Michael Kaplan was Costume Designer, with help from Assistant Costume Designers Rudy Mance and Beáta Kerkovits and Costume Supervisor Andrew Hunt.
