In light of Tracee Ellis Ross' fantastic Golden Globes win for Best Actress in a TV Comedy or Musical this past weekend, it seemed timely to share these original costumes from ABC's sitcom Black-ish on display at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum on August 9, 2016.
Black-ish season two TV costumes
Black-ish stars Anthony Anderson as an advertising executive living with his anesthesiologist wife (Tracee Ellis Ross) and their four children in a colonial house in the suburbs, trying to retain some of his urban cultural heritage for their seemingly disinterested kids living in a predominantly white, upper-middle-class neighbourhood.Michelle Cole was the Costume Designer responsible for these outfits for the sitcom's sophomore season, assisted by Dolores Ybarra and Costume Supervisor Kathleen Broadbeck.
