In Alice Through the Looking Glass, Lewis Carroll's literary heroine travels back in time to help save her friend the 'Mad Hatter', but in doing so she also discovers why the 'Red Queen' has such an enormous head and why she's so evil, and finds out that the past isn't so easy to change.

This heart-shaped thorny bodice is perfectly suited for the temperamental Red Queen, and if you like this armoured look you can also check out her other Alice Through the Looking Glass movie costume that was on display at Disney's D23 Expo last August.
Plus fans of Helena Bonham Carter can also enjoy her Fairy Godmother gown from Cinderella, her Western gown from The Lone Ranger, her royal outfit from The King's Speech and her Suffragette movie costume.
This new regal creation looks like it would be a thorny project to undertake, but would make for one heck of a dramatic Cosplay or Halloween costume.
