Forget royal weddings and Kardashian cash ins, the wedding of the century finally happens in Muppets Most Wanted, that of 'Miss Piggy' and her significant other, 'Kermit the Frog'. Or does it? In the follow up movie to the 2011 big screen revival of Jim Henson's The Muppets, Kermit finds himself imprisoned and impersonated by his lookalike, the criminal mastermind 'Constantine', who looks exactly like the leader of our merry band of Muppets, aside from a birthmark on his face.
The Costume Designer on Muppets Most Wanted is Rahel Afiley, but it was queen of punk Vivienne Westwood who actually designed Miss Piggy's high fashion wedding gown for her big day, which is called the 'Court dress' as it's inspired by 17 century English royalty and the court of King Charles II.
