In the fourth solo Thor movie, Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as the muscular God of Thunder for a cosmic romantic-comedy adventure of grave importance. Thor: Love and Thunder sees him reunited with his past love 'Dr. Jane Foster' (Natalie Portman) who has undergone her own transformation into the Mjölnir-wielding 'Mighty Thor'. Together they and Tessa Thompson's 'King Valkyrie' embark on a rescue mission to save the children of New Asgard on Earth from the Necrosword-wielding and shadow creature-conjuring 'Gorr the God Butcher' (Christian Bale).
