Richard Madden's Ikaris costume from Eternals on display...

In Chloé Zhao's Marvel Studios directorial debut, Jack Kirby's Eternals are brought to life on the big screen for the first time. In this MCU adaptation, ten long-lived super-beings are tasked by the Celestial 'Arishem' with protecting humanity from the predatory Deviants (mister-like creatures) when they arrive on Earth in 5000 BC aboard their starship Domo. Richard Madden plays 'Ikaris', an Eternal warrior who can fly and shots cosmic energy beams from his eyes. Formerly the lover of 'Sersi', he is loyal to Arishem's grand plan for Earth and the galaxy.

Sammy Sheldon Differ was Costume Designer on the film and initial concepts for the Eternals cohesive super-suits came from Ryan Meinerding, Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development.

The blue and gold costume was photographed alongside other Eternals movie costumes at Hollywood's infamous El Capitan Theatre on November 10, 2021.
