Renowned Costume Designer, Colleen Atwood, is responsible for the spectacular costumes in this modern take on the Brothers Grimm fairytales and these are the original costumes worn by Chris Pine as 'Prince Charming' and Anna Kendrick as 'Cinderella'.If you're a fan of the infamous designer, you may also want to take a look at her movie costumes from 2010's Alice in Wonderland.

Ladies first, and I thought Anna Kendrick did a wonderful job of portraying Cinderella and singing. This musical version of Cinderella sports a golden yellow gown (and golden slippers) resembling the classic 1950 Disney animated feature and her transformation in the woods is pretty spectacular.Interestingly Disney has another live-action Cinderella movie coming this Spring directed by Kenneth Branagh, with Downton Abbey's Lily James starring in the titular role of the rags to riches tale, so that must have added to the pressure of the role and appearance to make it unique.

in Into the Woods
In this twisted tale we learn that Cinderella's Prince (played by Chris Pine) may be charming, but he's not so sincere and has a wandering eye with the ladies. You can't tell so well from the lighting in this exhibit, but the jacket is actually a light blue colour. For another take on Prince Charming, be sure to also check out these Once Upon a Time costumes worn by Josh Dallas.
If you like these two costumes, be sure to stay tuned in the days to come for even more fabulous Into the Woods wardrobe, including the looks sported by Rapunzel and her Prince, Red Riding Hood and the Wolf and more besides.
Plus check out the two Witch costumes worn by Meryl Streep in Into the Woods too.
