Kristen Stewart earned herself an Academy Award nomination for her portrayal of Diana, Princess of Wales, in the film Spencer. The movie finds Diana Spencer struggling with her mental health during the Christmas holiday period with the British Royal Family at their Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England. During this troubled stay in 1991 she decides to end her decade-long marriage to Prince Charles, heir to the British throne and eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II.

This trio of classy costumes were photographed as part of the Art of Costume Design in Film exhibition at the FIDM Museum in Los Angeles on March 22, 2022 (where they'll be on display until June 4, 2022).

Jacqueline Durran was the Costume Designer on director Pablo Larraín's atmospheric film.
