Emmy-winning TV costumes from Russian Doll season 1 on display...

In honor of today's 71st Emmy Awards, enjoy these Emmy-winning looks for Outstanding Contemporary Costumes from Netflix's Groundhog Day comedy series starring Natasha Lyonne, Russian Doll. In the eight-episode first season the cynical New Yorker 'Nadia Vulvokov' keeps dying in different ways and finds herself returning to the 36th birthday party that's been thrown in her honour, so she tries to find a way out of this weird time loop.

These costumes worn by the Emmy-nominated actress as Nadia (including her coin pendant passed down from her mother) and Greta Lee as her friend 'Maxine' were photographed on display at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum & Galleries on August 20, 2019.

The Emmy-winning recipients were Costume Designer Jennifer Rogien, Assistant Costume Designer Charlotte Svenson and Costume Supervisor Melissa Stanton.
