Nakia costume worn by Lupita Nyong'o
in Black Panther
In the movie Lupita Nyong'o plays 'Nakia', a deadly undercover spy for Wakanda around the world (a War Dog) and sometime lover of T'Challa. This appears to be her Dora Milaje warrior outfit, who are the all-female security force and Wakanda's version of the Secret Service for the royal family.
Okoye costume worn by Danai Gurira
in Black Panther
The Walking Dead's fan-favourite 'Michonne' actress Danai Gurira plays 'Okoye', head of the Dora Milaje who feels guilty for the assassination of 'King T'Chaka', the Black Panther's father, in Vienna in Captain America: Civil War.
Shuri costume worn by Letitia Wright
in Black Panther
'Shuri' is T'Challa's younger sister (who in the comic books also became the Black Panther) and is played by Letitia Wright. Apparently in the film she's a Wakandan scientist rivaling 'Tony Stark' and has dedicated her life to studying Vibranium, using it to develop new security and weapons technologies, including it seems her supercool panther-like gauntlets.
Ayo costume worn by Florence Kasumba
in Black Panther
Florence Kasumba reprises her role as 'Ayo' who starred down Black Widow in Captain America: Civil War as one of the king's all-female bodyguards, the Dora Milaje. I wish I could have taken better reference shots, but as you can see there was always a swarm of people to navigate at the Marvel Studios booth.CORRECTION: After seeing the movie this is actually Nakia's River Tribe ceremonial outfit worn when M'Baku challenges T'Challa for the throne.
Zuri costume worn by Forest Whitaker
in Black Panther
Forest Whitaker plays 'Zuri', a shaman and the keeper of the sacred heart-shaped herb that empowers the Black Panther. He was also a close personal friend and advisor of T'Challa's deceased father, T'Chaka.
M'Baku costume worn by Winston Duke
in Black Panther
In the movie the Black Panther villain 'Man-Ape' is played by Winston Duke and simply known as 'M'Baku'. He is one of the warring factions who don't want Wakanda to engage with the outside world and is head of a religious minority who worship gorilla gods, wearing fur of the White Gorilla and a wooden chest plate adorned with symbols of his tribe.Personally I can't wait to see Black Panther, I think it's going to deliver another exciting aspect to the Marvel Cinematic Universe we've not seen before on the big screen, and February seems like a long time away.
