Unfortunately this ornate gun prop has been mislabeled and wasn't used by Angelina Jolie as the assassin 'Fox' in the comic book action movie Wanted.
It is in fact one of the guns that belonged to 'Cross', the assassin father of character 'Wesley Gibson' (played by James McAvoy), that he finds hidden in a weapons vault in his dead father's secret hideout.

In the finale of the movie Angelina Jolie shoots the gun out of James McAvoy's hand.
The gun was photographed on display at Universal Studios Hollywood on July 16, 2009.

Actually, isn't that the gun used by the hero? I'm pretty sure that AJ's character Fox used traditional looking hand guns. I think this gun was the one presented to the Wesley character by Morgan Freeman's character.
