The Get Down TV costumes on display...

Baz Luhrmann's ambitious and lavish TV musical, The Get Down, may not have secured a large enough audience for a second season on Netflix, but the funky wardrobe from the show certainly evoked the feel of the 1970s Bronx as it told the tale of a group of teenagers struggling to find love, fame and fortune during the rise of hip-hop and disco.
